Alarm monitoring 24/7
Axitea's Security Operation Center is operational day and night, 365 days a year, to protect what is most dear to you, promptly alerting security guards and the police in the event of an attempted intrusion. Thanks to the video verification system (with cameras hidden in the burglar alarm sensors), operators can distinguish real dangers from false alarms more efficiently.
Private security guards intervention
Axitea’s private security guards intervene to foil any attempt at theft, in constant contact with the Operations Centre, which alerts the patrol in the area closest to your home at that moment. We foil over 1,400 burglaries each year.
Dedicated APP
With the Home Security app, you can manage your alarm from your smartphone, even when you're away from home. Main features:
- Receive notifications when the system is switched on or off.
- Activate your home burglar alarm anytime, anywhere.
- Request images: check that everything is okay yourself.
- Display event report.
Deterrent effect
A deterrent sticker to be displayed outside the house to signal to possible criminals that your home is protected by an alarm system connected to Axitea's Security Operation Center. The Home Security alarm is equipped with a video alarm system: intruders are warned that they will be filmed in case of attempted intrusion.

Main features
Video verification
The anti-theft systems supplied by Axitea (on loan or for sale) allow the Security Operation Center, following an alarm, to carry out video verification of the event through the images recorded by the cameras.
Alerting available contacts
The operator calls the contact persons indicated by the customer, who carry out the necessary checks and provide the Security Operation Center with any further indications for rapid management of the event.
Security guards and police intervention
In cases of non-response, objective evidence of aggression/attack or communication of the wrong password, the Security Operation Center sends the patrol and/or alerts the Police.
Event report to customer
The customer will be informed by the Security Operation Center based on the findings of Axitea’s patrol (if intervening) and of the measures taken in full autonomy by the Police, if they accept the request for intervention.
The app available to the customer (optional) allows you to
- Receive notifications when the system is switched on or off.
- Activate the burglar alarm at any time, wherever you are.
- Request images to check that everything is actually OK.
- Display the event report.
