The Ayuto personal security solution is an advanced and professional service for distress calls, through a pocket-sized device, constantly monitored by Axitea's SOC, whose strength is that it is totally independent from a security system.
Thanks to GDSP (Global Data Service Platform) technology, Ayuto is able to connect to the phone provider with the strongest signal, ensuring maximum coverage wherever it is located.
Thanks to the connection with the Axitea Security Operation Center 24/7, by pressing the emergency button, the customer will transmit a signal containing the geographical coordinates of the last position detected by the device.
An SOC operator will immediately verify the event through silent listening, without the aggressor being able to notice the assessment in progress, to prevent exposure to further risks. Once the alarm has been verified, the operator will contact the number for urgent communications defined with the customer and, if necessary, will alert the police.

Limitation of false alarms thanks to silent listening
Thanks to the Silent listening (or ambient listening) function, the Security Operation Center Operator can listen to what is happening without a robber or an attacker noticing the investigation in progress, in order not to expose the victim to further risks. The Operator is able to verify the event, even if Ayuto is in the victim’s pocket!

How many steps do you need to take to send an alarm with a phone? Enter the phone unlock code, search for the app, open it, send the alarm. With Ayuto, you just need to push a button. SOS
Ideal for isolated workers: pressing the emergency button sends an alarm signal to Axitea’s SOC. The operator verifies the request for help through a hands-free call on the device.
The alarm signal can be generated automatically by the device, in case of a fall due to sickness or accident ("Man Down" function). If the event turns out to be real, the SOC contacts the numbers for urgent communications, providing the necessary information in order to allow them to promptly activate the rescue intervention (ambulance, fire brigade, rescue teams, etc.).
