The Axitea Group stems from the natural evolution of Axitea and a shared strategic vision with Argos, the majority shareholder, which has been supporting the company in its growth path since 2025. The common goal is to build a leading, "future-proof" security provider, capable of integrating physical, digital, and technological expertise into a single protection ecosystem for businesses and organizations.
The Group's development strategy is based on a clear principle: selecting and integrating industry excellence, not only to grow in size, but to strengthen project capabilities, territorial coverage, and technological value.
Surveye
Surveye S.r.l. was the first acquisition in this new journey, an Italian system integrator with a strong specialization in designing custom solutions for video surveillance, anti-intrusion, fire detection, access control, and alarm systems.
Surveye is recognized for its high technical expertise and its ability to serve clients in the luxury, banking, retail, industrial, hospitality, logistics, and high-profile residential sectors.
Surveye's entry into the Group allows Axitea to strengthen its system integration expertise and expand its ability to offer end-to-end solutions throughout the entire security lifecycle: assessment, design, installation, integration, monitoring, and maintenance.
