A confirmation also for the Italy’s Best Employers 2023 edition after the 2022 result: in the prestigious independent survey carried out by Statista in collaboration with Corriere della Sera, Axitea is confirmed among the top companies in Italy for quality of working life, ranking 156th and 13th among companies in the Internet, IT and Telecommunications sector.
How the survey came about: during the first half of 2022, more than 20,000 employees interviewed were asked to rate their companies on topics such as remote working, wellness plans, training, environmental sustainability programmes, safety, organisational autonomy and more.
More than 4,500 employers with at least 250 employees in Italy were identified for the survey, each company was placed in one of 20 sectors, depending on its market.
Based on the overall level of satisfaction and well-being, an overall score is assigned, this year Axitea achieved a value of 7.99 and was recommended to friends, acquaintances and family, by its employees and other workers.
