  1. Duration: from 01\/07\/2021 to 31\/12\/2021.<\/li>\n
  2. Target audience:
    \n2.1 The “Referring Persons” targeted by the campaign are Axitea customers with active subscriptions related to patrolling, monitoring and intervention services on alarm, video surveillance and video alarm, satellite, maintenance and technical assistance, computer security.2.2. The “Referred Persons” targeted by the campaign are new customers purchasing a subscription with Axitea, related to patrolling, monitoring and intervention services on alarm, video surveillance and video alarm, satellite, maintenance and technical assistance, computer security.<\/li>\n
  3. Mode of operation:
    \n3.1. The “Referring Person” is entitled to a \u20ac 100.00 discount (excluding VAT) for each “friend” presented to Axitea who becomes a customer. The discount is recognized in the first invoice following the date of activation of the \u201cReferred Person\u201d contract.3.2. The subscription purchased by the \u201cReferred Person\u201d must be for a period of at least 2 (two) years with tacit renewal. Even in the event that the “Referred Person” signs more than one contract, the “Referring Person” is only ever entitled to a \u20ac100.00 discount.3.3. The “Referred Person” who signs a contract with Axitea is entitled to a discount equal to 1 (one) monthly fee of the contract (in the case of multiple active contracts, the one with the highest fee among those already signed will be selected) and exemption from paying the Activation Contribution or, if the sum of the latter is greater than \u20ac 100, a discount on the Activation Contribution equal to \u20ac 100.<\/li>\n
  4. Limitations:
    \n4.1. There is no upper limit on the number of successfully “Referred Persons” for the “Referring Person”. Consequently, there is no maximum limit to the value of accrued amounts to be discounted.4.2. In the event of early termination of the contract of the “Referring Person” exercised by Axitea SpA (in accordance with the provisions of the General Contract Conditions), the “Referring Person” loses the right to the discount accrued.4.3. The discounts resulting from the campaign accumulated by the “Referred Person\u201d or the \u201cReferring Person\u201d, will be included entirely in a single invoice. If the discount is greater than the amount of the invoice, several invoices will be combined, regardless of the billing frequency indicated on the order proposal.<\/li>\n
  5. Acceptance of the Regulations: Participation in this sales campaign implies full and unconditional acceptance of all the clauses of this regulation.<\/li>\n
  6. European Regulation on the protection of personal data n. 679\/2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”) – Information and consent to the processing and communication of personal data.6.1. Pursuant to Art. 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code and art.13 of the European Regulation 679\/2016 (“GDPR”), Axitea S.p.A. informs you that by adhering to this campaign, the personal data collected (both of the “Referring Person” and the “Referred Person”) will be subject to processing in compliance with the confidentiality guarantees and the security measures provided for by the regulations in force through manual, computer and telematic tools, exclusively for the purposes strictly related to the campaign itself, such as, for example: for the administrative management of the campaign and for receiving the relative discount. The “Referring Person” assumes the status of Data Controller of the \u201cReferred Person\u2019s\u201d personal data, therefore they must inform the referred customer in the cases and in the manner provided for by art. 13 GDPR, as well as obtain any consent required for the processing of their data also by Axitea S.p.A., for purposes strictly related to the campaign.6.2. The personal data collected during the course of the campaign may be communicated to third party companies that carry out technical and organizational tasks on behalf of Axitea S.p.A. and that will process the personal data collected, as separate Data Holders or Data Controllers, appointed for this purpose by Axitea S.p.A., exclusively for the purposes indicated above. The personal data collected may also be disclosed to Axitea S.p.A. employees\/consultants specifically appointed as Data Controllers or Persons in Charge of Processing. In relation to the activities of this campaign and following the communication of the \u201cReferred Person\u201d data by the \u201cReferring Person\u201d, the Data Holder is Axitea S.p.A., a single member company of SSCP Monitor Holdings SCA, with registered office in Via Gallarate 156, 20151 Milan.
