procurement objectives for procurement office staff in relation to the performance evaluation phase<\/p>\n                                        <p>Increasing by 25% (per year) the number of procurement office employees evaluated according to ESG criteria<\/p>\n                                        <p><strong>Supporting the local supply chain<\/strong><\/p>                                    \n                                        <p>Increasing the provision of services by local suppliers in relation to specific product categories<\/p>\n                                        <p>Increasing by 15% (per year) the budget allocated to local suppliers (at regional level) for the relevant product categories<\/p>\n                                        <p><strong>Increasing the sense of social responsibility<\/strong><\/p>                                    \n                                        <p>Implementing corporate volunteering initiatives involving employees in specific initiatives, ensuring employees are paid for the days\/hours dedicated<\/p>\n                                        <p>Involving at least 1 site per year during the 2026-2030 five-year period.
